The weather looks set to stay warm, now we are up to ground level, the walls are going up - and coming down!!

The outer skin is coming off the lounge wall.

Above the window you can see the two RSJs that hold the ceiling up and to the right the end of the large oak beam.

2006-12-08

The kitchen wall inner is up to window sill level and the stone outer leaf is underway.

Meanwhile the lounge floor has been sold on Ebay.

There will be six builders bags of blocks plus several bags and sets of other pieces.

2006-12-14

The outer stone work is coming on.

The lounge floor gets broken up and removed next week.

2006-12-21

Most of the lounge floor has now been broken up and dug out to a foot below floor level.

Work restarts in the New Year.

Scaffolding on both sides now, ready for the ground floor ceiling and then the first floor.
